1. This Membership is Valid only at ISSUED STORE (one store – one card).
2. Diapers, Wipes, & Food are shall not be calculated in the above Purchase Slabs. (these 3 are excluded in all areas)
3. Any of Two offers shall not be clubbed and shall not be given to one Customer / Bill at a Time.
4. At the time of Points Redemption, Food Products are not considered to Purchase.
5. Points shall not be added on Purchase of Diapers, Wipes, Food products, and on any of item at the time of Flash Offers.
6. Points cannot be encashed, and Redemption shall be made on MRP values of the Purchased Products.
7. Points shall be added on after ‘Discounted / Final Bill Value’ only (for what you paid value).
8. Yearly Event / Dinner Party shall be made on the Interest of Management (place, time, & conducting).
9. Three Months Membership Vintage is must to get One Free Entry to the Yearly Event conducted by the management.
10. Flash Offers, and other information shall be communicated over the Text / WhatsApp Messages only.
11. Lucky Draw Coupons shall be given based on purchased value, at the time of Draw which is Running in the store.
12. Lucky Draw prizes and Value of the prizes shall be based on the ‘Size of the Draw’ but there is no fixed format.
13. Membership cards may be discontinued by the Management at any point of time in any unavoidable conditions, if it happens below 6months of issuing the card, half of the paid amount will be refunded.
14. Management Reserves the Right to Upgrade or Change or Modify or Remove the Membership benefits.
15. Any Dispute arising under these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the Kakinada Jurisdiction (laws of India)
16. Membership must be renewed on or before its expiry to get continuation of benefits / reward points.
17. Oral Commitments by staff members regarding the membership program shall not be accepted, please be aware of this.
18. Mobile OTP authentication is must for Enrolment, Points Redemptions, Event Participation, & to get any other benefits.
19. Membership and it’s Benefits neither transferable nor cancellable.
20. This Membership is issued to be used for personal / Domestic purpose only.
21. We Reserve the Right to Terminate your Membership when we found illegal activity, fraud, misrepresentation, abuse or violation of these Terms or unauthorized use of points, we also have the right to take appropriate legal action, in our sole discretion.
22. LAXONS may, at its sole discretion reject the enrolment of any Membership for any reasons whatsoever as it deems appropriate.
23. Computation of Reward Points shall be final and binding, Member shall not raise any dispute in respect of the same.
